Job Readiness & Skill Building

Clients practice soft skills, interview skills, workplace behavior, productivity, and social communication.

Career Exploration

We help clients identify job types and local businesses that match their interests, abilities, and goals.

Trial Work Experiences

Clients participate in trial shifts at partner businesses while accompanied by a trained job coach.Trial shifts allow clients to practice real tasks in a supportive environment.

Job Placement and Onboarding

When a good match is found, our team assists with applications, new-hire paperwork, and early employment support.

Ongoing Coaching

After placement, job coaches continue providing follow-up support as needed, including feedback, task clarification, and skill-building.

What a Job Coach Provides

A job coach works directly with each client to build confidence, strengthen workplace behaviors, and support success on the job. Coaches provide hands-on guidance during trial shifts, help navigate new routines, offer constructive feedback, and reinforce skills needed for long-term employment. Their goal is to ensure every client feels prepared, capable, and supported throughout the employment process.

A job coach provides:

  • Career-building support
  • Community resource connections
  • Feedback to strengthen performance
  • Skill-building in real environments
  • Confidence and self-advocacy support
  • On-site guidance during all trial shifts
